Our Senior VP of Food And Beverage, Chef Steve Sturmhas created another incredible seasonally inspired menu. Available for a limited time until July 30th, the lunch menu will showcase items such as a Grilled Salmon BLT, Lemon Basil Grilled Salmon and the Impossible™ Durango Burger while the dinner menu includes items such as a Honey Chile Glazed Pork Chop and Lemon Basil Grilled Scallops. Guests can also savor a returned guest and social media favorite – the Avocado Toast Salad. Don’t forget to save room for our Big Daddy Lemon Cake with fresh summer blueberries for dessert where $1.00 will be donated back to our charity partner, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation to help fight childhood cancer.
